Education, Advocacy and Resources
At TauRx, we believe that education underpins the acceptance of new ideas in established scientific, medical and patient communities.
Information for non-scientists, for members of the public looking for answers to help themselves or a loved one deal with neurodegenerative disease, is really important. Educational materials play a huge part in supporting their understanding.
Our work with GT Diagnostic Centre is supporting the advancement of diagnostic tools and we picture the future clinical pathway for treatment of the millions of patients affected by dementia to be transformed to something very different to what it is today.
We also recognise the incredible support provided by the numerous patient advocacy groups across the world, helping people, carers and families affected by dementia and related illnesses to cope with the day to day impact of the disease.
