Alzheimer Europe are "a non-profit non-governmental organisation (NGO) aiming to provide a voice to people with dementia and their carers, make dementia a European priority, promote a rights-based approach to dementia, support dementia research and strengthen the European dementia movement." Sponsoring such a crucially important NGO, working hard to make and keep dementia a priority in Europe, and involving people living and affected by dementia in policy development, research and service design, is an honour and we look forward to contributing to the events held this year.
The sponsorship focuses on supporting Alzheimer Europe's public affairs activities that aim to help provide a voice to people with dementia and their carers, promote a rights based approach to dementia, support dementia research and strengthen the European dementia movement.
